Ordering

Do you offer local pickup so I can save on shipping?
Yes, Send an email to arrange for pickup.

Can I order a custom?
To be fair to all, I am unable to dye anything other that whats on my regular update schedule or whats available in the dyed to order section. I consistently list in the shop at least once a month (unless yarn shows or holidays are near).

Oops! I purchased two separate orders because I missed a skein I just had to have, can you combine my orders?
I no longer can offer this as an option. I now have 100+ orders to sort through on a regular basis and it is truly tough to keep an eye out for those now.

Do you offer ball winding services?
I dont offer this service at this time.

Im a designer, would you be willing to collaborate with me?

Do you offer wholesale?
At this time I am unable to take on any more wholesale accounts.

Hey! I’m a podcaster/knitter/blogger, etc and I just LOVE your yarn. Would you be willing to donate yarn to me?
 I feel donating to podcasters etc is about building relationships, its about supporting each other and to be honest, I would love to donate to every single one of you, but heres the truth. I can’t. There are too many for myself to donate to all. I will not donate to anyone who emails asking for a donation, please be patient and the day may come where I reach out to you.

Shipping

How will it be shipped out, what can I expect?
For Canadian orders, your order will be shipped out via Canada Post with tracking. International orders will be shipped out via Canada post the quickest most affordable way with no insurance or tracking. If you would like both of those in your shipping method, please contact me to arrange it. For US orders, your order will be shipped out via Canada Post small packet air with no tracking or insurance, You can choose tracked packet to have insurance and tracking.

How long until I receive my order?
Canadian orders 2-7 business days (1-2 weeks)
USA orders 4-10 business days (1-3 weeks)
International orders 6-10 business days (2-3 weeks)

Can I return my yarn for a refund or exchange?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the yarn. We offer exchanges on any items, the item must be returned in its original resell-able condition. You are responsible for any shipping costs and duties (if any) to return the item/s. No exchanges will be done until the yarn is received and reviewed to ensure its still in its original condition. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Is there customs fees for international shipments?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If there are any charges, they are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I care for my precious yarn I just received from you?
I always advocate the importance of hand washing your item. It not only protects the vibrancy of the dyed wool but it also helps to maintain the integrity of the wool. Fill a bowl or your sink with tepid water and always use a mild detergent meant for delicates. I highly recommend SOAK or even a mild baby shampoo, Then lay them flat to dry.
