Every skein is truly art on string.

Each colourway is dyed by hand in small batches. Because every skein is individually dyed, slight variations between skeins, even within the same batch are completely normal and part of what makes hand-dyed yarn so special. Speckles, colour shifts, and unique dye patterns are all part of the character and charm of artisan yarn.

No two skeins are ever exactly alike, and that's something we love.

Depending on order we may have the yarn in stock, other times we’ll have to dye to order, either way all orders will be mailed within 10 business days of receiving your order.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us. Unused yarn in its original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. During collection launches, holiday periods, or other high-volume times, processing may take a little longer.

For dyed-to-order and pre-order items, please refer to the product description for estimated processing times.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

//Canadian Orders

Canadian orders are shipped with tracking through Intelcom or Canada Post, depending on the destination. Rural addresses are always shipped via Canada Post.

After receiving your shipping notification, tracking may take up to 72 hours to show movement. Once on its way, most Canadian orders arrive within 1–7 business days, though delivery times can vary depending on your location.

// United States Orders

US orders are shipped with UPS Ground and include tracking.

Tracking may not update immediately while your parcel is making its way to the border. Most US orders arrive within 1–3 weeks after shipping, though delivery times can vary due to customs processing, weather, and carrier delays.

Our yarn is CUSMA compliant, which means most US customers should not be charged additional duties upon delivery. However, customs policies can change without notice, and any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country remain the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders ship through Canada Post with tracking included whenever possible.

Because every country handles customs differently, delivery timelines can vary considerably and are unfortunately beyond our control. While many parcels arrive promptly, customs processing may occasionally result in longer transit times.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
